The problem
Store owners spend months looking at their own store. After a while the friction becomes invisible: the add-to-cart button that’s a full scroll down on a phone, the reviews that sit far from the price, the shipping cost that only appears at checkout. Hiring a conversion consultant to spot those things is slow and expensive, and heatmap tools only start being useful once you have plenty of traffic.
StorePeek is a fast, affordable second opinion: it looks at a store with fresh eyes every time and says what to fix first.
How it works
- Paste your store URL. No code, plugins or store access needed. StorePeek only looks at what any shopper can see.
- It shops like a real visitor. A real browser loads the store on desktop and mobile, captures the first impression, closes the pop-ups, and an AI reviews it the way a first-time visitor would. Google PageSpeed measures load performance.
- You get fixes, ranked. Every issue comes with a severity and a concrete fix, so you know exactly what to change first.
I wrote about the decisions behind each step in How StorePeek works.
What it checks
- First impressions: whether it’s clear within seconds what you sell and why to buy here.
- Trust and credibility: reviews, guarantees, policies and payment badges.
- Path to purchase: buttons that get lost, confusing navigation and dead ends before add-to-cart.
- Speed and stability: First Contentful Paint, Speed Index and Cumulative Layout Shift from Google PageSpeed.
- Mobile readability, pricing clarity and whether shipping and returns information is easy to find.

Who it’s for
Store owners on any public store: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix or custom-built. There are dedicated pages for a Shopify conversion audit and a WooCommerce conversion audit.
Freelancers and agencies who audit client stores can put their own logo and name on reports and share links with white-label CRO audits.
Pricing
The first audit is free, with no sign-up needed. Paid plans add more audits per month, product page analysis, PDF reports and a monthly re-check, and there are one-off audit packs for people who don’t want a subscription. See current pricing on store-peek.site.
Built with
Next.js and Tailwind CSS for the app, a real Chrome browser to load stores like a visitor would, Google’s Gemini model for the visual review and Google PageSpeed for performance. Designed, built and run solo by Silva Ventures.
